City-issued accessible parking permit

If you have a provincial accessible parking permit and you’re unable to access your home due to driveway restrictions, you can apply for a City-issued accessible parking permit.

The permit will allow you to park on the street in front of your home in Mississauga. The City issues one accessible parking permit per household.

How to apply

Complete an accessible parking permit application and mail it to us along with a photocopy of your provincial accessible parking permit.

You can also submit your application in person to the same address. You’ll need to bring your provincial accessible parking permit with you.

Hours of operation: Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

This building is not fully accessible, but someone may submit your documents on your behalf.

What happens next

Once we have received your application we’ll need to inspect your property before issuing the permit.

If your application is approved your permit will be sent to you via mail or email.

Your permit lasts for one year. To request an extension please call 311 (905-615-4311 from outside City limits).
