Pay provincial fines and tickets

Provincial offence tickets may be issued for contraventions of the Highway Traffic Act, Liquor Licence Act, Trespass to Property Act, City by-laws and other provincial legislation. You can pay these types of tickets and fines online with your offence (ticket) number.

This service must not be used to pay City of Mississauga parking tickets or penalty notices.

A non-refundable convenience fee of $3.00 will apply to online payments. It usually takes three business days for online payments to take effect.

In-person

With guidance from Peel Public Health and in an abundance of caution for residents and staff regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Mississauga is closing the Provincial Offences Courthouse until further notice.

You can also pay your fine in person at any Municipal Provincial Offences Court in Ontario. Cheques will not be accepted.

The Court in Mississauga, located at 950 Burnhamthorpe Road West, is open from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m..

By phone

To pay your fine by phone, call 905-615-4500, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. There may be a wait time to make payments by phone.

If you’re paying the fine by mail, make sure there is enough time to receive it before the due date.
