A tax PIN is a unique number issued to property owners by the City. If you want to view your property tax information online on the City’s website, you’ll need a Personal Identification Number (PIN) from the City.
How to get or change a tax PIN
To request a tax PIN you’ll need your customer number which you can find on the top-right corner of your most recent tax bill.
If you own more than one property, you’ll need to submit a separate PIN request for each of your properties.
Once you’ve submitted your request, we’ll send your temporary PIN by mail within 2 to 3 business days.
