Report damaged trees

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Forestry will only attend emergency and high priority tree maintenance requests to maintain public safety.

Non-emergency related requests, such as pruning, tree removal and status updates, are not being accepted.

For urgent matters please call 311 (905-615-4311 from outside City limits).

Use this service to report City-owned trees that are damaged from abuse, an accident or storms.

If the tree is causing a safety risk or is located in a park or intersection, resting on a building or structure, or is at risk of falling, call 311 (905-615-4311 outside City limits).

If the tree is touching hydro lines, call Alectra at 905-273-9050.

How long it takes
