You’re invited to join us for a variety of activities through your computer, tablet, or phone! During this time of physical distancing, we can all use more ways to make connections.  Everyone is welcome to join in on the fun.  Each activity is offered on a weekly basis.

Join our certified fitness instructors for a variety of fun, fitness classes for all levels. No fitness equipment is required, but we will be making use of the things you have at home.

Participants in this course are advised that this course will take place ENTIRELY ONLINE using a third-party video chatting solution called Cisco WebEx Meetings. This means that, in order to participate in the class, you will be required to download and configure the Cisco WebEx Meetings application for use on your home computer (Windows or Mac OS X), tablet (iOS or Android) or smartphone (iOS or Android).

Participants are cautioned that, by their nature, video-chatting solutions utilize the camera and microphone on their devices and that they should act accordingly.
