These classes are for all ages and levels of ability. They include practice in technique, stroke development and endurance.
Programs like Aquafitness, Aqua Cycle and Water Running help improve stamina, endurance and muscle strength while reducing stress on joints. All classes include options to work out at your own level.
Programs like Spring Board Diving, Lifesaving Sport and Citi Swim and personal training help improve physical fitness, stamina and strength.
Leadership and First Aid
These programs include first aid and lifeguard training designed to develop skills in lifesaving techniques, teamwork and leadership. To see how the program is structured view the LSS Leadership Progress Chart.
Warm water activities for those recovering from an injury, living with a chronic condition or need gentle, effective exercise.
Unstructured recreational swimming for all ages. These include Lane and Leisure, Fun, Family, Parent and Tot Swims.
