Summer Outdoor Fitness

Our outdoor fitness programs, offered at various locations throughout the city will be lead by our highly qualified instructors, and are suitable for all fitness levels.

Please wear athletic clothing and shoes, bring water to keep hydrated, your own yoga mat, yoga block and/or straps.

To attend, you must register online to book your spot for the class of your choice.

Several measures have been taken to ensure the health and safety of participants and staff. These outdoor activities have COVID-19 protocols in place, and reduced numbers for social distancing.

There will not be access to washrooms or water stations. All participants must complete daily screening with program instructors prior to starting each class.

No mats or equipment will be provided.


Summer 2020 Outdoor Boot Camp

This class combines cardio and conditioning training in a high-energy, more military style format – basic and functional drills and skills. We provide the circuit, the motivation and the modifications (progressions and regressions) so that you can choose your own options and intensity. Please bring your own mat as one will not be provided.

Summer 2020 Outdoor Walk and Tone

Enjoy this guided walking class outdoors, with breaks for toning exercises, that offers a low impact full body workout.

Summer 2020 Outdoor Yoga

Regular practice of Yoga can improve muscle tone and increase flexibility. Each class uses a variety of stretching principles and movements combined with breathing and relaxation techniques. Please bring your own mat, as equipment will not be provided.
