Important membership information:

  • Twelve (12) month memberships that expired during the closure (where customers have paid in full) will automatically be extended for the duration of the closure
  • Any member with a continuing twelve (12) month membership who wish to cancel due to COVID-19 concerns, may do so without any administrative fees in-person or by phone
  • ¬†Memberships that expire during the October closure will be withdrawn and credited

October 10 update:

  • Memberships with scheduled payments will continue to be charged where applicable and a membership extension will be provided for the duration of the closure.
  • If your membership expires before Nov 7, it will be withdrawn as of Oct 10 and a credit will be provided on your account.
