Winter camps run for multiple days in December and January. Extended hours are available before and after some camps.
If your child has a life threatening allergy, complete the Anaphylaxis Emergency Plan and bring it with you on the first day of camp.
If your child will be taking medication, complete the Medication Consent Form and bring it with you on the first day of camp. Medication could include inhalers, antibiotics, or over the counter medicines.
If your child has special needs, you’ll need to submit additional forms.
