Accessibility plans and reports

These plans and reports are the City’s roadmap to create a more accessible and inclusive community.

This multi-year plan was developed with feedback from the City’s Accessibility Advisory Committee, Staff Accessibility Resource Team (StART), persons with disabilities, accessibility stakeholders and staff.

The plan identifies barriers to people with disabilities and shows how the changes the City plans to make to improve accessibility.
