All library locations are closed. Library items can be picked up by appointment only at any location. Appointments can be booked once you receive a notification that your holds are available.
Contactless pickup is being offered in an effort to stop the spread of COVID-19. The safety of our customers and employees is our top priority, as we continue to offer services with advice from the Province of Ontario and the Peel Medical Officer of Health.
Drop boxes are open 24/7 at all locations to return items. With the exception of Mississauga Valley Library, where returns are only accepted during contactless pickup hours.
Access to browsing collections, study space and computer access is not available at this time.

Once you receive a notification that you hold(s) are available for pickup, you can book an appointment. Only one booking is needed if picking up several items. Separate bookings will be needed if picking up for multiple library accounts/cards.

When you arrive to your pickup location at your scheduled time your holds will be checked out to your account and placed in a bag with the last four digits of your library card number. Simply pick up and go!
Remember to bring your library card and know the last four digits of your card number in order to pick up your holds. Staff will not be able to provide this information.
