Teen movie discussion club Wed May 27

4 to 5 p.m.

Meet and connect with other movie lovers, discuss your favourite shows and movies and discover your next great watch. Intended for ages 13 to 19. Register here.
Knit and crochet circle Thur May 28

10 to 11 a.m.

A knit, crochet, cross-stitch, sew and needlework session for all levels of experience. Give or get advice in a friendly, informal social circle. Register here. 
Teen social Thu May 28

4 to 5 p.m.

Hang out and make new friends while participating in a discussion with Mississauga Poet Laureate Paul Edward Costa. Learn about poetry and writing, and ask questions of a published author and poet. Intended for ages 13 to 19. Register here.
Movie discussion club Thu May 28

7 to 8 p.m.

Meet and connect with other movie lovers, discuss your favourite recent viewing and discover what you should watch next. Register here. 
Author talk: Samra Zafar Fri May 29

7 to 8 p.m.

Zafar’s memoir, A Good Wife, won CBC’s 2019 Nonfiction Prize. It was featured in both Canadian and International media, and is being adapted into a TV series. Register here.

Alphabet soup preschool storytime Tue and Thu

June 2 to June 18

2 p.m.

Get your child excited about learning to read! Each session focuses on a different letter of the alphabet to help children understand that letters make sounds and together, form words!
