Every day, thousands of people rely on the City of Mississauga website to access important services and information.
We heard from these people. They gave us feedback about the current site and what we could do better. Above all, we discovered two clear priorities:
- Improve the navigation
- Make information easier to understand
With the new Mississauga.ca our goal is to create people-centered digital services that are fast, clear, and easy to use for people of all abilities. To do that, we are following better design principles, and building an accessible website.

This phased progress, and our new approach to web design will allow us to receive feedback as we try to improve your online experience.
Give your feedback
Do you like the new site? Are there things we can do better? We welcome you to explore the site as we’re building it and provide your feedback.
There is a feedback button at the bottom of every page for you to share your thoughts. We review these responses regularly and use it to improve the website over time.
