How would you spend your tax dollars?

The budget allocator is an online tool that shows you how spending decisions affect City services. You can also tell us how you would spend the City’s budget.

The results and comments we receive before October 25 will be shared with the Budget Committee on November 18, 2019 to inform deliberations on the City’s 2020 budget.

Use budget allocator

The allocator includes twelve City services that are most used by people in Mississauga. These are also the services that require the most budget spending.

You can also let us know what you think of the allocator by using the comments feature in the tool or by emailing us at budget@mississauga.ca.

See the allocator results for the 2019 budget.

Telephone budget session

The City of Mississauga held three telephone budget sessions on October 2, 16, and 17 to answer questions about the City’s 2020 Budget. Watch archived telephone budget sessions.
