Masks Mandatory when Travelling on MiWay and Fares Reinstated Starting July 2 News release | COVID-19 | June 10, 2020

Following the strong recommendation of Peel Public Health and the Governments of Ontario and Canada, non-medical masks will be mandatory when travelling on MiWay to help keep customers and operators safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. Fares will also no longer be free.

As physical distancing guidelines have restricted seating capacity on buses, MiWay is working to meet the evolving travel patterns of customers with the relocation of selected MiWay trips and operating on a holiday schedule for Canada Day.
